Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as Technical Writer (Temporary)
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to organizing material and completing writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology; maintaining records and files of work and revisions; reviewing, editing, standardizing or making changes to existing materials; conferring with departmental representatives to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication; and arranging for distribution of material.
Qualifications

College degree and/or 2 years related aviation related technical writing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in desktop publishing software
- Adobe Framemaker experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret airline technical manuals including but not limited to maintenance, flight operations and ground handling
- Excellent organizational, mathematical and problem solving skills
- Ability to professionally communicate with internal and external associates
- Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as Aircraft Dispatcher
Responsible for executing all assigned flight operations in compliance with FAR's and company procedures and policy. Primary duties include pre-flight briefing of crews on current weather, NOTAMS, and field conditions, distributing flight plans and flight releases, re-routing flights as necessary, calculating of appropriate fuel loads, coordinating with the maintenance department in regards to maintenance and MEL's, following flights, updating flight crews to any unforeseen weather conditions, revising Jeppesens, and all other department manuals; and any other duties assigned by supervisory personnel.
Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for flight planning, dispatch releases, operational control, and flight monitoring of all flight operations within his/her assigned route system
- Responsible to ensure the information necessary to perform flight dispatch duties is available and current at the start of his/her shift
- Knowledge of current and forecast weather
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid FAA Aircraft Dispatch Certificate required
- 2 years Dispatch experience preferred
- 1 year Part 121 Domestic/Flag dispatch experience required
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, weather and technical dispatch skills
- Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Hangar Facility as Full Time Temporary A&P Mechanic
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining Sun Country aircraft to the highest possible standards to assure a safe, economical and on-time operation.
Qualifications
-
A&P License required
- 2 years line maintenance preferred
- 2 years heavy jet experience preferred
- 2 years experience in aircraft structural repair preferred
- Must be highly motivated and a self starter
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving skills
- Work effectively with minimal supervision under stressful situations
- Hours varied to accommodate maintenance schedule requirements including nights, weekends and holidays
- Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check
