Sun Country Airlines Names Stephen Spellman CFO/COO

St. Paul, MN – April 13, 2007

Sun Country Airlines today announced the appointment of Stephen M. Spellman to CFO/COO of the airline. Mr. Spellman joins Sun Country following ten years with Champion Air where he served as President/CEO since 2003.

Spellman will be responsible for overseeing all financial and operational functions at Sun Country.

Spellman joined Champion Air in April 1997 as vice president & chief financial officer. Prior aviation experience includes six years at Northwest Airlines where he was responsible for financial analysis, aircraft leasing, and other corporate finance projects. Spellman was also employed as a senior auditor by Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
