Sun Country Takes Top Spot for Customer Satisfaction
Ranking Based on Market Metrix, LLC Hospitality Index Results.

St. Paul, MN – November 29, 2007 

Sun Country Airlines has been ranked the #1 airline in customer satisfaction by Market Metrix Hospitality Index. Sun Country, a Minneapolis-based airline, has become a customer favorite in the Twin Cities due to its superior service, in an industry that is typically not known for customer satisfaction. Market Metrix is the leading provider of customer and employee feedback and performance tools for the hospitality industry.

The results of the survey were based on 35,000 customer interviews conducted in the past quarter. Market Metrix provides consumers an in-depth measure of hospitality company performance based on customer feedback.
