Sun Country Takes Top Spot for Customer Satisfaction Ranking Based on Market Metrix, LLC Hospitality Index Results.

Sun Country Airlines has been ranked the #1 airline in customer
satisfaction by Market Metrix Hospitality Index. Sun Country, a
Minneapolis-based airline, has become a customer favorite in the Twin
Cities due to its superior service, in an industry that is typically not
known for customer satisfaction. Market Metrix is the leading provider
of customer and employee feedback and performance tools for the
hospitality industry.
