Stated one-way Minneapolis / St. Paul and Washington, D.C. (DCA) fares are valid for travel into or out of Lansing, MI until May 21, 2014.
Stated fares must be purchased by 11:59PM CT (Central Time) on March 13, 2014. 10 day advance purchase necessary. Stated fares for select destinations are subject to availability and may not be available on all flights or dates within the travel range as subject to seasonal start and end schedules. Fares may sell out quickly.
Stated fares are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets. No credits or price adjustments can be made if the fare has changed after the ticket has been purchased. Seats are limited; space may not be available on all flights. Schedules are subject to change. Tickets are non refundable, but can be changed for a $100 domestic change fee plus the difference to the new fare for domestic flights or $150 per International ticket in coach class. Names can be changed for a $75 per ticket fee. Reservations must be cancelled prior to the flight departure time in order to retain the value of the ticket for one year from the date of purchase. In the case of no-show all monies are forfeited and not returned to the passenger, no ticket credit remains.
Checked baggage can be pre-paid anytime from purchase of ticket up to one hour before domestic flights with the exception of two hours for Miami. Checked baggage can be prepaid up to 24 hours on International flights. Passengers may save money by checking their first bag for $20 each way and check a second bag for $30 each way online or by calling reservations at 800-359-6786 (Toll-free) or 651-905-2737 (Minneapolis/St. Paul Local)or pay $25 each way for the first bag and a second bag fee of $35 each way if paid for at the airport; each bag is not to exceed 62 linear inches (length plus width plus height) or 50 pounds. Additional bags, as well as bags over 62 linear inches or 50 pounds, are subject to excess baggage fees of $75 for each additional piece of excess baggage.
Our carry-on policy provides each ticketed passenger the following allowance at no additional charge: One (1) carry-on bag which may not exceed any of the following dimensions: 24” long x 16” wide x 11” tall (including wheels, handles, or any other protruding items), and may not exceed 35 pounds in weight. Passengers may also carry: One (1) smaller personal item (e.g., purse, laptop, etc.) which may not exceed any of the following dimensions: 16” long x 11’’ wide x 8” tall.
