OFFICIAL RULES
1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Test Drive any make or model vehicle at Village Chevrolet. This contest requires participants to visit Village Chevrolet starting Wednesday, February 1st - Saturday, March 31st, 2012 and take a test drive with a Village Chevrolet Sales Associate or Sales Manager.
This contest will run from 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday February 1st, 2012, until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31st, 2012. See below for more details on How to Enter.
How to Enter:
No purchase necessary -- entrants may go to Village Chevrolet without an appointment and Test Drive a vehicle with a Village Chevrolet Sales Associate or Sales Manager. The Sales Associate and Sales Manager will fill out an entry form for the participant after completing the test drive. (Limit one entry form per person per day while supplies last). Participants can be entered multiple times if they choose to visit Village Chevrolet on a different day and Test Drive a vehicle with a Village Chevrolet Sales Associate or Sales Manager.
2. HOW THE WINNER IS CHOSEN:
There will be one (1) winner in this contest. One (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the promotional period will be randomly drawn at Village Chevrolet on April 9th, 2012. The winners will be notified by telephone and email. One winner per household.
3. PRIZE:
Trip for two people to Las Vegas. Four nights at the Bellagio, Round Trip Airfare on Sun Country Airlines and Airport-Hotel transportation included. Total value $2,000.
For the above prize, additional taxes and fees apply - including the Federal segment tax of $3.70 per U. S. Domestic flight segment, defined as one take-off and landing; up to $18 per roundtrip local airport passenger facility charges and September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per U. S. Enplanement, up to $5 per one way or $10 per roundtrip are extra. Trip must be taken one year from date of issue. Blackout dates apply. Travel is based on availability. Schedules are subject to change. Travel certificates are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets. Travel certificates are not valid with any other promotions or for Sun Country Vacations packages. Certificates holders are responsible for all additional fees and services such as, but not limited to, bag and seat fees, car rentals or transfers and accommodations.
A qualified winner must also meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in Paragraph 5 of these rules. Each winner is responsible for all applicable income taxes. A 1099 form will be submitted to all appropriate taxing authorities, and by signing the Prize Release, each winner accepts the prize and even if the winner does not use the prize/trip, he/she will be responsible for the applicable taxes.
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
4. CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE:
Each winner must claim his/her prize in person at Village Chevrolet, 16200 Wayzata Blvd. Wayzata, MN 55391 during normal business hours (Monday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) within ten (10) days of the day he or she wins to verify that he/she is the qualified winner. Failure to comply with this deadline shall be deemed to be the winner’s forfeiture of his or her right to claim the prize. Each winner must prove he or she is a qualified winner by presenting identification acceptable to Village Chevrolet (e.g., state driver’s license; state issued identification card; valid passport with address verification; or birth certificate with social security card and photo identification and address verification). If a winner cannot prove he or she is a qualified winner, another name will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries received.
5. ELIGIBILITY:
Individuals must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win and residents of Minnesota or Wisconsin. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Village Chevrolet, Sun Country Airlines, their parent companies, subsidiaries and their respective representatives, affiliates, agents, partners and prize suppliers (such entities, collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate family members (parent, step-parent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling or spouse), or persons living in the same household as any person in the categories in the preceding clause (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prize as defined by Section 267 © of the Internal Revenue Code.
6. RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS, VOICE AND ADDRESS:
Each winner must execute an affidavit of eligibility. Each winner (a) agrees to release and indemnify Village Chevrolet, Sun Country Airlines and its franchisees (including their officers, directors, employees and subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize(s), (b) agrees that no sponsors or agents have made any representation, warranty or guaranty relative to the prize, and © consents to the use by the sponsors of this contest for promotional purposes only of her likeness and/or voice, and address (city and state) without any additional compensation. By participating in this contest, each participant agrees to the application of these official rules. By accompanying the winner, a winner’s guest agrees to be bound by the terms of these official rules, including the preceding release.
7. WINNER LIST:
For the names of the winner, send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope before April 30th, 2012 to Winners List, Village Chevrolet 16200 Wayzata Blvd. Wayzata, MN 55391.
8. MISCELLANEOUS:
Decisions of the sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to this contest shall be final. The sponsors reserve the right to change these rules, as well as the terms and conditions of this contest, without notice. If the sponsors determine in their sole discretion that the integrity or fairness of this contest has been corrupted in any manner, the sponsors reserve the right to terminate the contest and to select a winner from among entries legitimately received prior to termination. The sponsors reserve the right to change the prize values at any time, or to substitute prizes of comparable value. Contest void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. The sponsors are not responsible for printing errors in the contest materials or these rules.
