Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as Desktop Support Analyst
As a Desktop Support Analyst in our corporate Information Technology Department, you will provide technology support for internal PCs, including configuring, installing, maintaining, reporting and upgrading hardware, software and peripherals. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service by resolving customer support issues within SLA guidelines and with professionalism. The Desktop Support Analyst must support the following technologies: MS Windows 7 and XP, MS Office 2003, 2007 and 2010, Internet access, networking in TCP/IP environment, troubleshooting dial-up networking and configuring laptop VPN connectivity. This is accomplished via remote desktop control or desktop visits.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide first level phone and desktop support for PC/LAN and laptop/workstation end-users.
- Installation, configuration and support of the corporate desktop and laptop computers.
- Maintain technical and procedural documentation for PC desktop/laptop configuration standards and install procedures.
- Inventory control of all Information Technology equipment.
- Provide hardware repair for all systems and coordinating warranty issues through vendors.
- Work closely with the Systems Administrators to guarantee efficient system operations, implementation of software patches, and seamless insertion of new technology into the operational baseline.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College degree and/or two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience required in trouble shooting various problems that can include but are not limited to the computer systems, network, Internet, routers, switches and properly identifying issues to follow escalation procedures.
- Customer service experience required.
- A+ certification or other certifications preferred.
- Laptop and desktop trouble shooting and repair experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize support issues and multi-task.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required.

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as Helpdesk Coordinator
As a Help Desk Coordinator in our corporate Information Technology Department, you will coordinate the input, tracking, assignment, and follow-up of all tickets to provide our end users with a positive overall IT experience. You will ensure that IT maintains a high level of customer service by following our SLA guidelines. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to company wide tracking of inventory including all IT assets and loaner equipment; working closely with Desktop Support Analysts to provide first level technology support to users for PC/LAN and laptop/workstation end-users; maintaining technical and procedural documentation for PC desktop/laptop configuration stands and install procedures; providing user training for commercially available applications as well as custom applications; other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College degree and/or two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as IT Business Analyst
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to understanding business processes and translating how they can be best supported and leveraged with the appropriate technology; working with specific business users to gather requirements and analyze open issues; translating user requirements into functional specifications; determining if solutions being developed for one of the business units has applicability and does not disrupt current processes in the other business units; coordinating the delivery of estimates, technical specifications, configuration and development between the application outsourcer and the business; coordinating and/or participating in the planning and execution of integration, regression and User Acceptance Testing; maintaining technical documentation for business processes as defined in the methodology; working with the business and internal IT teams to ensure functionality is delivered using solid release planning and implementation methods; working with the business to help create user training materials and train the trainers; ensuring that the compliance requirements identified by Data Privacy and Practices are taken into consideration by the business and; assisting in developing appropriate Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators for respective processes; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College degree and/or 5-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing IT applications.
- Experience with ecommerce websites, mobile devices and website analytics preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Airline or travel industry experience preferred

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as Manager Application Development
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the team of application developers who are responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the functional application software used by the company’s various departments; providing the technical and administrative leadership for adopting and supporting the development programming languages and tools for any of the computing platforms the department uses; working closely with the Project Management Office to support project planning, estimating, tracking and management of all development projects; working closely with the business functional areas, external customers and vendors in defining systems requirements, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing of deliverables and funding; providing leadership and direction to the application development staff; managing technology and consulting vendor/partner relationships, service delivery and overall development performance; approving the use of development coding and quality assurance tools in the design, development, expansion, and maintenance of new and existing application software; implementing departmental technical standards of systems development and maintenance; serving as a key member of IT architectural steering committee; providing status updates to executives and project office, steering committee, stakeholders, and business owners; working with the business and internal IT teams to ensure functionality is delivered using solid release planning and implementation methods; ensuring that the compliance requirements identified for data privacy and practices are taken into consideration by the business and IT (e.g. PCI, SANS20); keeping abreast of new and emerging technology, coding languages, development quality trends, and methods; assisting in developing appropriate Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators for internally developed products as well as vendor provided solutions as appropriate for the company.
Qualifications:
- College degree and/or 10 years related IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in application development leadership.
- Must have technical competence to understand the complexities of application systems development and maintenance.
- In depth knowledge of and practical experience with software development life cycle methodologies.
- Airline systems experience is preferred.
- Strong IT background with aptitude in business and managing change.
- Strong consulting, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Hangar Facility as MSP Based Rover A&P Mechanic
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining Sun Country aircraft to the highest possible standards to assure a safe, economical and on-time operation.
Qualifications
- A&P License required
- 2 years line maintenance preferred
- 2 years 737NG jet experience preferred
- 737NG Familiarization Class preferred
- 2 years experience in aircraft structural repair preferred
- Acceptable driving record required
- Must be highly motivated and a self starter
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving skills
- Work effectively with minimal supervision under stressful situations
- Hours varied to accommodate maintenance schedule requirements including nights, weekends and holidays. 90+% Travel Required

- No Centerline Thrust Restriction
