Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as Information Technology Network Administrator (All Shifts)
Job responsibilities of the Network Administrator include but are not limited to providing support for the network infrastructure and server environment. This includes configuring, installing, maintaining, reporting on and upgrading hardware, software and peripherals in a physical and virtual environment. The Network Administrator must support the following technologies: MS server (AD, Exchange, Sharepoint, SQL), VMWare virtualization, Local area and wide area networking, Firewalls and VPN, NAS/SAN technologies and VoIP telecommunications. The position is expected to maintain a high level of customer service by resolving customer support issues within SLA guidelines and with professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the other Network Administrators and IT staff on server and network projects.
- Support and maintain MS Windows and Exchange environment including 3rd party antivirus and anti-spam servers.
- Maintain corporate and client user accounts across multiple systems.
- Provide close network monitoring for security and operational stability.
- Installation, configuration and support of the corporate server, network and VoIP infrastructure.
- Maintain technical and procedural documentation for server and network configuration standards and install procedures.
- Provide hardware repair for all systems and coordinating warranty issues through vendors.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College degree and/or five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience required in trouble shooting various problems that can include but are not limited to server systems, TCP/IP LAN/WAN, routers, switches and properly identifying issues to follow escalation procedures.
- VoIP experience is highly desired.
- Customer service experience required.
- One of the following certifications or other certifications preferred: Network +, CCNA, or MCITP.
- Ability to prioritize support issues and multi-task.

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as Helpdesk Support (All Shifts)
As a member of the Helpdesk Support Staff in our corporate Information Technology Department, you will coordinate the input, tracking, assignment, and follow-up of all tickets to provide our end users with a positive overall IT experience. You will ensure that IT maintains a high level of customer service by following our SLA guidelines. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to companywide tracking of inventory including all IT assets and loaner equipment; working closely with other Support Analysts to provide first level technology support to users for PC/LAN and laptop/workstation end-users; maintaining technical and procedural documentation for PC desktop/laptop configuration stands and install procedures; providing user training for commercially available applications as well as custom applications; other projects as assigned.

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Corporate Offices as Ufly Call Center Supervisor
As the floor supervisor of our call center loyalty team, this individual is responsible for overseeing all call center activity including administrative tasks and in-bound call traffic. Candidates will need to be a team player and work well within a tight-knit group. This leader will be responsible for the effective communication of all details of the Ufly Rewards program to our most loyal passenger, as well as, reporting status, issue resolution and improvement opportunities to management.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage concerns, feedback, accolades and FAQ from our loyalty consumer base.
- Provide council, understanding and be a resource to call center agents for a positive outcome based on the information coming in.
- Manage shift scheduling and agent requests for time-off.
- Manage shift and workload issues through potentially high spikes in call volume.
- Know and understand all aspects of the award platform functionality and reservation booking technology and process.
- Work with third-party platform administrator on system issues.
- Marshal resources and manage schedule for training new agents and/or training current agents on new features/functionality/product info.

Qualifications:
- College degree and 2+ years customer service call center management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Travel industry experience preferred.
- Sabre and Cisco Historical Reporting experience preferred.

- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with accuracy.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining Sun Country aircraft to the highest possible standards to assure a safe, economical and on-time operation; being aware of the mechanical status of all operating aircraft and the general status of all SCNA aircraft undergoing maintenance; keeping dispatchers, AOC and SOC apprised of aircraft availability; providing current and continuing follow-up system of deferred repairs to ensure positive correction action is made on a timely basis; coordinating the activities of stores, contract maintenance agencies and the SCNA maintenance department; and developing and issuing of the daily RON work packages.
Qualifications
- Five years A&P experience on Boeing 737NG or related type experience

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, TX as Maintenance Station Representative
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform maintenance on Sun Country Airlines aircraft as required to ensure cost efficiency.
- Authorize performance of contractor services.
- Procure materials and parts for contractors through MSP materials.
- Act as a liaison between contract maintenance and Maintenance Control.
- Responsible for controlling station activity, contractor administration and assisting maintenance and customer service in overseeing other contract personnel including all below wing activities.
- Review contract maintenance invoices and verify charges in coordination with Maintenance Management.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Customer Service Station Manager.

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN Hangar Facility as Powerplant Engineer
The Powerplant Engineer is responsible for establishing technical programs and managing all day-to-day technical issues for the aircraft in the area of Main Engines and APU’s. This position has primary job responsibility for the technical aspects of Maintenance Engineering activity based upon Safety, FAA Regulations, Reliability, and cost of ownership issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Issue Engineering Task Cards to address aircraft powerplant repairs and alterations
- Focal point for vendors on technical issues relating to powerplants, and establishment of procedures for coordinating and resolving technical issues with vendors
- Review Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Letters, All Operator Wires, etc., and recommend pertinent action
- Conduct minimum twice-weekly Engine Condition Monitoring
- Conduct fleet surveys and other data collecting efforts in the powerplant arena.
- Provide on-site assistance with maintenance activity as required to support airline maintenance personnel
- Provide afterhours engineering support for problems encountered during airline maintenance activities and line operations
- Assist Maintenance in the disposition of MEL’s and MTI’s
- Provide input for improvements to maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, task cards, service bulletin modifications, as well as justification for maintenance program changes
- Provide Engine and APU build specifications
- Forecast engine removals and anticipated shop visit costs
- Provide part number interchangeability information in area of powerplants
Qualifications:
- College degree in engineering and/or 5 years related aviation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous airline experience required
- Significant ECM experience is preferred.
- Must complete Engine Condition Monitoring Training to hold this position.
- FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER) designation a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, problem solving skills
- Work effectively with minimal supervision under stressful situations
- Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations
- Must be willing to be on call 24/7
