Over the next year, Sun Country will be ending the Ufly Rewards Plus program. Throughout this time, we will honor the remaining portion of your current membership term and continue to provide all Ufly Plus benefits, such as:
- Special Ufly Rewards Plus fares
- UFlex change fee protection on Ufly Plus tickets
- Access to the First Class check-in & security lines*
- Priority boarding privileges
- Ufly Plus Partner Perks
Your current membership term is listed on your plastic Ufly Plus card. Once your membership term expires, you will no longer be able to renew.
Please continue to book your Ufly Plus tickets through the Ufly Plus website.
Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting new members into the Ufly Plus program.

The Ufly Rewards program (points program) will remain in place. The changes to Ufly Plus will not have any impact on your points balance and you will continue to earn points and keep the same Ufly number once your Ufly Plus membership expires.
In the near future, Sun Country will launch a new premium rewards program which will provide great perks for our loyal Sun Country passengers who travel frequently. The new program will offer a number of popular benefits, including priority check-in and boarding. Details on this new program will be announced in the months ahead.

For questions about your existing Sun Country Ufly Plus membership, please review our frequently asked questions list below.
1. Q: When is the Ufly Plus program ending?
A: Effective October 20, 2011, we will no longer be renewing memberships or accepting new members into the program. The Ufly Plus program will end on your annual renewal date, which is now your membership expiration date.
2. Q: What does this mean for the remainder of my Ufly Plus membership?
A: We will honor the remaining portion of your membership until your annual renewal date. You will be entitled to your full benefits, as outlined below, until that date as long as membership dues are paid.
i. Special Ufly Rewards Plus fare
ii. UFlex change fee protection on Ufly Plus tickets
iii. Access to the First Class check-in & security lines*

3. Q: How do I find out what my annual renewal/expiration date is?
A: Your membership term is listed on your Ufly Plus membership card.
4. Q: Will my Ufly Plus membership card still be valid for First Class check-in and security lines as well as priority boarding?
A: Yes. Your Ufly Plus card will be valid until the expiration of your membership. Once your membership has expired, your card can no longer be used for First Class check-in and security lines
as well as priority boarding.
5. Q: What happens when I reach my Ufly Plus membership renewal date?
A: Upon your date of renewal, your Ufly Plus membership will expire.
6. Q: Can I cancel my current Ufly Plus membership?
A: No. Your Ufly Plus membership remains active through the one year period listed on your card. During that time, Sun Country will continue to honor all of your membership benefits.
7. Q: Am I eligible for a refund?
A: Per the terms of the membership, members are not entitled to a refund of past fees charged to their account.
8. Q: Why is the Ufly Plus program ending?
A: Sun Country will be launching a new premium rewards program in 2012 that will provide
customers with great perks and benefits.
9. Q: What is the new rewards program and how do I enroll?
A: Sun Country will release the details of this new and exciting rewards program as well as how to
enroll in the near future. The new premium program will provide great perks for our loyal
Sun Country passengers who travel frequently offering a number of popular benefits, including
priority check-in and boarding. In the meantime, all Ufly Plus members are still Ufly Rewards
members and will continue to earn points.
10. Q: What happens to my Ufly Rewards points once my membership expires?
A: The existing Ufly rewards program will remain in place and all points you have earned will continue
to be redeemable toward free award travel.
11. Q: Will tickets booked prior to my Ufly Plus membership renewal/expiration date for future travel still
be valid?
A: Yes. All tickets booked prior to your annual renewal/expiration date will remain valid for future
travel under the terms issued.
12. Q: How many Ufly Plus tickets am I able to purchase between now and my renewal/expiration date?
A: You may purchase as many Ufly Plus tickets as you wish for as far out as we have flights
scheduled.
13. Q: When do my benefits with Ufly Plus Partners expire?
A: Ufly Plus member benefits with the program’s partners will expire on your renewal/expiration date.
14. Q: If I change my flight on an existing Ufly Plus ticket after my membership expires, will the special
Plus fare apply on the new flight I am rebooking to?
A: No. Once your membership has expired Ufly Plus fares are no longer valid and any difference in
fare from the original ticket price to the current ticket price at time of change will apply.
15. Q: Once my membership expires, will my Ufly Plus ticket still include UFlex protection?
A: Yes. Tickets booked at the Ufly Plus fares prior to your membership expiration will still include
UFlex which allows up to 3 changes per reservation. All difference in air fares apply. More than 3
changes will result in normal change fees.
16. Q: If I need to change an existing Ufly Plus reservation, can I do that online?
A: All ticket changes can be made by contacting Sun Country Reservations at 1-800-359-6786
(toll free) or 651-905-2737 (Minneapolis/St. Paul Local); Monday-Sunday, 5AM-Midnight
Central Time.
17. Q: Are Ufly Plus tickets refundable?
A: No. All coach class Ufly Plus tickets are non-refundable. However, First Class Ufly Plus tickets
are refundable minus a $75 fee for domestic and $100 fee for international flights.
18. Q: I have a flight credit. How do I apply it towards another ticket?
A: All flight credits must be rebooked by contacting Sun Country Reservations at 1-800-359-6786
(toll free) or 651-905-2737 (Minneapolis/St. Paul Local), Monday-Sunday 5AM-Midnight
Central Time. Please have your ticket number or the credit card number used to purchase that
ticket ready in order to locate your flight credit.
19. Q: I have a flight credit. How long do I have to use it?
A: You have one year from date of purchase to rebook your travel. Please contact Sun Country
Reservations at 1-800-359-6786 (toll free) or 651-905-2737 (Minneapolis/St. Paul Local),
Monday-Sunday 5AM-Midnight Central Time, in order to rebook your ticket.
20. Q: If I apply my flight credit from a Ufly Plus ticket booking after my membership expires, will the
special Ufly Plus fares apply on the new flight I am booking?
A: No. Once your membership expires, Ufly Plus fares are no longer valid and standard pricing will
apply for your new flight.
21. Q: I need to book a ticket, but I cannot login to my account. Is there another way for me to book a
Ufly Plus ticket?
A: Yes. Please contact Sun Country Reservations at 1-800-359-6786 (toll free) or 651-905-2737
(Minneapolis/St. Paul Local), Monday-Sunday 5AM-Midnight Central Time. Please let the
reservations agent know that you are a Ufly Plus member and the agent will assist you.
22. Q: I would like to upgrade my ticket from a coach class Ufly Rewards Plus ticket to a First Class
Ufly Plus ticket. How do I make that change?
A: Upgrades can be made 24 hours in advance and up to 1 hour prior to departure with the exception of 2 hours prior to departure for Harlingen, Boston, Miami and San Francisco by calling Reservations at 1-800-359-6786 (toll free) or 651-905-2737 (Minneapolis/St. Paul Local),
Monday-Sunday 5AM-Midnight Central Time for domestic travel only. Upgrades
for International can only be made at the airport.

Instead of waiting to upgrade at the airport, Plus members can call Sun Country Reservations
Department at 1-800-359-6786 (toll free) or 651-905-2737 (Minneapolis/St. Paul Local),
Monday-Sunday, 5AM-Midnight Central Time, one day prior to their scheduled flight and upgrade at
the airport check-in/space available rate.
23. Q: How do I select my seats?
A: Simply visit suncountry.com and scroll over “Manage Travel,” then select “Select Seats” in the drop
down menu and follow screen instructions.
24. Q: I need my flight itinerary, who do I contact?
A: Please contact Sun Country Reservations at 1-800-359-6786 (toll free) or 651-905-2737
(Minneapolis/St. Paul Local), Monday-Sunday, 5AM-Midnight Central Time. Please have your
confirmation code, ticket number or credit card number the ticket was purchased with ready.
25. Q: I can't find my confirmation code for my flight. What do I do?
A: Please contact Sun Country Reservations at 1-800-359-6786 (toll free) or 651-905-2737
(Minneapolis/St. Paul Local), Monday-Sunday, 5AM-Midnight Central Time, and an agent can look
up your booking information for you. Please have the credit card number the ticket was purchased
with.
26. Q: How do I pull up my itinerary?
A: Simply visit suncountry.com and scroll over “Manage Travel,” and then select “View Itineraries” in
the drop down menu and follow screen instructions.
27. Q: I forgot my Ufly Plus password and I don't remember the answer to my hint question. How can I get my login information?
A: Ufly Plus members can access their accounts using a Ufly number and PIN login. Please contact
Sun Country Reservations at 1-800-359-6786 (toll free) or 651-905-2737
(Minneapolis/St. Paul Local), Monday-Sunday, 5AM-Midnight Central Time, and an agent can look
up your Ufly number and PIN login.
28. Q: I am outside the U.S., what number should I call for flight information?
A: Please call Sun Country Reservations at 1-800-924-6184 internationally or 1-800-359-6786
(toll free) or 651-905-2737 (Minneapolis/St. Paul Local), Monday-Sunday 5AM-Midnight
Central Time.
29. Q: I forgot something on the plane, who do I contact?
A: For any questions regarding baggage or lost & found, please call 612-970-3569
(Minneapolis/St. Paul local) or 1-888-359-5586 (toll free), Monday-Sunday 5AM-Midnight
Central Time. Please note, you may need to leave a message, but a Sun Country representative
will contact you regarding your request.
30. Q: Are pets allowed on Sun Country flights?
A: Yes. Sun Country does allow pets on selected domestic flights. For more information please
click here.
31. Q: I just booked my ticket and I forgot to add my Ufly rewards number. Is there a way to add it to my
itinerary?
A: If you have not completed that flight yet, you can enter your Ufly Rewards number by going to
suncountry.com and scrolling over “Manage Travel,” then select “View Itineraries” from the drop
down menu. Enter in your last name and confirmation code. Then, once you have assessed your
itinerary, you will be able to enter Ufly Rewards numbers for each person traveling so everyone will
accumulate points.
32. Q: I just got back from my trip and forgot to add my Ufly Rewards number, how can I get credit for my
flight?
A: You may request points conveniently online within 90 days of flight by logging in at
www.suncountry.com with your Ufly Rewards account number. Under the Ufly Rewards table; click
‘Manage My Account’; then ‘Request Points.’
