Update A Reservation

You can manage the following in My Trips:

  • Add or edit seat assignments
  • Add checked bags
  • Upgrade to First Class within 24 hours of your flight
  • Add a Known Traveler #, if you have one
  • Add a Ufly® Rewards #

Check-In

Online check-in is available within 24 hours of your scheduled departure.

There are some types of reservations that are not eligible for online check-in. Please check-in at the airport if you are:

  • Traveling with infants
  • An Unaccompanied Minor
  • Seated in an exit row
  • Traveling internationally
  • Traveling in a group larger than nine
  • Traveling with pets

Please note that Reservations is unable to assist with check-in.

Existing Reservations 

If your flight is departing within 48 hours, please call our Reservations department at 800-359-6786.  Note: You will not receive an email response after your departure has passed.

We have answers to many of your questions in the FAQs. You can also make some updates to your reservation online by logging into My Trips. If you have further questions, complete the form below.

We are not able to provide price quotes, assist in selecting seats, make or change reservations, or take credit card payment via the form. For these or other changes to existing bookings, contact our Reservations department at 800-359-6786, Monday through Sunday, 6am-11pm (Central Time).
