Helpful Hints For Traveling With Children

  • Plan for extra time to get through security when traveling with young children. Visit the TSA website to review screening procedures for traveling with children.
  • It can be helpful to have the child’s birth certificate or picture ID available, as proof of age may be requested.
  • Pack toys and snacks to keep children occupied during the flight.
  • Car seats and strollers may be transported at no additional charge. These items may either be checked at the ticket counter or at the gate for families wishing to use them in the airport.
